Role Description

We're seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience working with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web applications from conception to deployment.

Responsibilites

Design and develop responsive web applications using React.js for frontend and Node.js / Express.js for backend

Work with MongoDB databases to create efficient data models and query structures

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to transform requirements into elegant technical solutions

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

Implement testing strategies to ensure code quality and reliability

Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments

Stay updated with current industry trends and technologies

Requirements

3-5 years of professional experience with the MERN stack

Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and modern ES6+ features

Extensive experience with React.js, Redux, and React ecosystem tools

Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js frameworks

Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose ORM

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL

Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, etc.)

Understanding of CI / CD pipelines and deployment processes

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services

Knowledge of Docker and containerization

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Understanding of microservices architecture

Experience with WebSockets for real-time applications

Contributions to open-source projects
