Senior QA Analyst

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in testing FinTech / Payments / Banking domain products . The role involves test planning, execution, and automation support to ensure high-quality and secure product releases.

Experience : 3–6 Years

Location : Bangalore (Onsite)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

Understand product requirements and create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and API testing.

Execute UI and API test scripts, identify bugs, and track them through closure.

Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure overall product quality.

Support setting up automation test suites (UI / API) wherever applicable.

Validate workflows related to payments, settlements, and financial transactions.

Document test results and prepare test summary reports.

Follow QA best practices and contribute to process improvement.

Required Skills & Experience :

3–6 years of QA experience with mandatory exposure in FinTech / Banking / Payments / Wallets / Lending platforms.

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect management, and test methodologies.

Hands-on experience with :

API Testing tools – Postman, Swagger

UI Testing – Web & Mobile

Any Automation tool / framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)

Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.

Experience in testing microservices-based applications, REST APIs, and backend workflows.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum processes.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have :

Basic performance testing (JMeter or similar).

Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and Git.

Understanding of compliance or regulatory testing (RBI, NPCI, PCI-DSS norms).
