Your New Role…

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Solutions Lead with strong expertise in Coding, Cloud Architecture and DevOps to join our cross-functional Global MarTech Engineering team at WBD and supporting HBO Max, Reporting directly to the Senior Engineering Manager. In this role, you will contribute in building, designing and maintaining innovative in-house solutions for marketing automation, streamlining workflows, and integrating platforms to support global marketing operations. You will work within big data environments and cloud warehouses, leveraging consumer data to automate messaging campaigns and enhance subscription acquisition and CRM retention efforts for HBO Max, our flagship streaming service. As part of a growing team, you will contribute to building a high-performance engineering culture, ensuring quality and efficiency in end-to-end solution design. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with teams worldwide and shape the future of MarTech with HBO Max.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Implementation and design for data-intensive solutions.
  • Ability to work with different cloud solutions and design architecture.
  • Ability to work with different database technologies.
  • Contribute to building back-end services and APIs.
  • Contribution to building reliable, high availability, and cost-efficient solutions
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of data lake solutions.
  • Able to produce efficient technical documents.
  • Working with Infra as code and building CI / CD pipelines.
  • Participating in building alerting and monitoring services.
  • Implement and perform different types of testing (Unit, Integration)
  • Qualifications & Experience…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field is required
  • 10+ years of overall technical and software development experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with Databases like DynamoDB and MongoDB.
  • 7+ years of experience working with AWS with serverless architecture and cloud engineering principles.
  • Solid Experience with NodeJS and TypeScript.
  • Proficiency with fundamental Cloud design Architecture (server / serverless).
  • Experience with unit testing and integration testing tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps work and ability to build CI / CD pipelines.
  • Work in an agile / scrum
  • Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent English as all communication and deliverables will be in English.
