Graphic Designer (Full-Time, Remote)

We just want someone who knows how to make people stop scrolling.

We like clean, clever, and real work, not over-edited or AI-looking stuff.

Role Type : Full-time (Remote)

Experience : 1+ year (Agency experience preferred)

Location : Remote (anywhere with stable Wi-Fi and a laptop)

What You’ll Do

  • Design posts, carousels, stories, and ads for brands that don’t want to look like everyone else
  • Work on campaigns that need a fresh visual vibe
  • Use Photoshop and Illustrator. Canva only if you know what you’re doing
  • Keep up with what’s trending on social and make it look cooler
  • Bonus if you can edit short videos or reels

Who We’re Looking For

  • Around one year of design experience
  • Agency experience preferred (because agency life is fast, messy, and fun in a different way)
  • A good eye for layout, typography, and color
  • You know how to make people stop scrolling.
  • You bring ideas instead of waiting for direction
  • You’re chill, responsible, and not a ghost

    • Must-Haves

  • 1+ year of experience in graphic design
  • Solid portfolio with diverse design work
  • Good Wi-Fi and remote-ready setup
  • Ability to take feedback and turn it into gold (or at least, better layouts)

    • This Role is Not For :

  • Canva copy paste people
  • Designers who want senior money for junior work
  • Folks who vanish without a word
  • People afraid to experiment

    • Pay & Growth :

  • Pay range : ₹1.8 to ₹3.0 LPA, based on your skills, past work, and assignment quality.
  • If you deliver strong work and show real growth in your first month, you’ll be reviewed for a quick performance hike of up to 10 percent.
  • The hike is performance based and not guaranteed. It depends on your output, consistency, and ownership during the first month.
