As the Technology Lead for our learning app, you will define and drive the engineering vision to build a world-class learning platform that empowers millions of educators across India. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of teacher capability development by leading our technical strategy, modernizing systems, and ensuring scalability and reliability at every level.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Strategy

• Define and implement a comprehensive engineering strategy aligned with the organization’s mission and growth objectives.
• Drive platform modernization and architectural evolution to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Direct the architecture and deployment of all AI / ML models in the future. (e.G., LLMs for the chatbot, recommendation engines for learning paths).
• Oversee key technology stack decisions and guide long-term product infrastructure planning.
