Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Tele Callers based in Hyderabad. Tele Callers will handle day-to-day communication with potential and existing students or parents, providing them with information about the courses offered. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, addressing inquiries, guiding students through admission processes, and maintaining updated records of interactions. Additionally, Tele Callers will collaborate with the internal team to meet enrollment targets and support overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle outbound calls and provide detailed information about services
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and maintaining records
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet assigned targets
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent, with preference for candidates holding a degree
