Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter, The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. The Recruiter will also develop and implement recruiting strategies, maintain candidate databases, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Additional responsibilities include conducting reference checks, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintaining candidate databases and building relationships

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
