Job Title : Sales Executive – Building Material Sales (On-site) Company : HPL MAKER (Partner Company) Location : Indore, Madhya Pradesh Job Type : Full-time, On-site About the Company :

HPL MAKER is a trusted name in high-pressure laminate (HPL) and surface material manufacturing, offering premium-quality products for interior and exterior applications. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Indore team to expand our client base and boost sales in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Promote and sell HPL MAKER’s range of materials (laminates, panels, cladding, etc.) to architects, interior designers, contractors, and dealers.
  • Identify and approach potential clients in the Indore region.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct site visits and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the head office for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management review.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

  • Education : Graduate in any discipline (preferred : Marketing, Business, or Civil / Interior background).
  • Experience : 1–3 years in sales, preferably in building materials , laminates , interiors , or construction products .
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
  • Basic computer and reporting skills.
  • Own vehicle preferred.
