Job descriptionInstall, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows systems Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and security policies Monitor and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, VLANs, LAN / WAN connectivity Support and manage virtualization platforms (Proxmox, VMware) Perform regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness Document configurations, changes, and procedures accurately Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure upgrades and automation initiatives Maintain system security and ensure 24×7 uptime for critical operations Education : Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience : 1–2 years in System or Network Administration (internship or full-time) Technical Skills : Linux / Windows administration Networking protocols and security fundamentals Virtualization tools (Proxmox, VMware) Backup and monitoring tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment Work with a global leader in telecom and CPaaS solutions Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and enterprise-scale systems Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture Opportunities to advance within a rapidly expanding tech organization

Role Summary
As a Junior System Administrator at Almuqeet Systems, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the reliability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure. You’ll work closely with senior engineers to ensure 24 / 7 uptime across systems and networks, contribute to automation and documentation, and provide hands-on support for server and network operations.
Success in this role means :
- Proactively maintaining stable, secure, and efficient IT systems
- Rapidly resolving issues to minimize downtime
- Supporting cross-functional teams with reliable system performance
This position is vital to keeping Almuqeet’s global communication platforms running smoothly and securely.
