Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive / HR Manager who can manage hiring, employee engagement, internal processes, and also coordinate client communication related to invoicing and payments. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-centric, and comfortable handling both HR responsibilities and basic client coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinating hiring for creative roles such as video editors, motion designers, producers, social media managers, etc.
- Drafting job descriptions and managing job postings.
- Ensuring smooth onboarding and documentation.
2. HR Operations
Managing attendance, leave policies, HR records, offer letters, contracts, NDAs, and exit formalities.Maintaining and improving HR systems, SOPs, and databases.Coordinating with accounts for payroll inputs and reimbursements.3. Client Communication for Invoicing & Payments
Communicate with clients regarding invoices, payment timelines, and related details.Send timely reminders and follow up on pending payments in a polite yet firm manner.Coordinate internally with the finance team for updates and payment tracking.Maintain a clear tracker of client dues and follow-ups.4. Employee Relations & Culture
Drive positive team culture and conduct regular feedback sessions.Address employee concerns and maintain healthy communication channels.Organize team-building activities and engagement initiatives.5. Compliance & Policy Development
Draft, update, and maintain HR policies and ensure organizational compliance.Keep records aligned with employment laws and company guidelines.6. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate skill-building sessions for the team.Preferred Additional Skill (Big Plus)
If you can handle Postboy’s social media marketing , including managing posts, planning content calendars, and coordinating with the creative team, it will be a significant advantage.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or relevant field.1 year of experience in HR (creative agency / production house / startup preferred).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.Proficiency with HR tools, recruitment platforms, and basic payroll processes.Organized, proactive, and reliable personality.What We Offer
