Job Description : Web Developer

Position : Web Developer

Experience : 1-3 Years

Salary : 6 LPA

Location : Karle Town, Nagawara (Near Manyata Tech park)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer with strong experience in React.js and Next.js to

build high-performance, responsive, and visually appealing websites.

You will collaborate with our design and backend teams to translate UI / UX designs into

production-ready frontends and deliver seamless user experiences across devices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive websites using React.js and Next.js.
  • Convert Figma or design mockups into pixel-perfect, reusable components .
  • Optimize frontend performance, SEO, and page load times for web and mobile .
  • Implement modern styling using Tailwind CSS / Styled Components / CSS Modules .
  • Integrate APIs and handle state management using React Query / Redux / Context

API.

  • Work closely with backend developers and designers to deliver full-stack web features.
  • Ensure accessibility, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) .
  • Experience with SSR / SSG and SEO optimization in Next.js .
  • Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Understanding of Git, CI / CD, and version control best practices.
  • Good sense of UI / UX, responsive design, and performance tuning .

    • Nice-to-Have skills

  • Experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or Framer Motion.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Platforms.
  • Knowledge of CMS integration (e.g., Sanity, Strapi, Contentful).
  • Basic understanding of backend or DevOps is a plus.
