Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Mathematics Professor to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to fostering student learning and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Teach undergraduate and / or postgraduate courses in Mathematics (Algebra, Calculus, Geometry, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, etc.)
- Develop and update curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching materials in alignment with academic standards
- Guide students in academic projects, research, and problem-solving activities
- Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor and counsel students to support academic and career development
- Engage in scholarly research, publications, and conferences to contribute to the field of Mathematics
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and institutional initiatives
- Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methodologies for effective learning outcomes
Qualifications & Requirements :
Master's / Ph.D. in Mathematics or a closely related discipline from a recognized universityStrong academic record with demonstrated expertise in core and applied areas of MathematicsPrior teaching or research experience at college / university level preferredExcellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skillsAbility to engage students in interactive and outcome-based learningCommitment to academic excellence and continuous professional developmentDesired Skills :
