Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive Managed Services and Oracle ERP Sales in the India - Bengaluru & Pune and Middle East region - Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle ERP solutions (Fusion Cloud / E-Business Suite) and a proven track record in selling IT Managed Services, Consulting, or Implementation solutions to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for Oracle ERP (Fusion, EBS) and Managed Services.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation and proposal development to closure and handover to delivery.
  • Engage with CXO-level stakeholders (CIOs, CFOs, Procurement Heads) to present value propositions.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with Oracle teams, partners, and clients across the UAE and GCC.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution, and delivery teams to create tailored proposals and RFP responses.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the organization in industry events, conferences, and Oracle ecosystem forums.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–15 years of experience in IT sales / business development.
  • Strong background in selling Managed Services and Oracle ERP (Fusion, EBS) solutions.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts across UAE / GCC region.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and contract management in enterprise deals.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA / Graduate degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
  • Prior experience with Oracle partners / system integrators in the region.
  • Arabic language proficiency (optional but preferred).
