Position : Senior Recruitment Executive – Oil & Gas

Experience Required : Minimum 5+ years in a Recruitment Agency (non-IT only)

Location : Chennai

Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas, EPC, Petrochemical, and Engineering sectors.

Source candidates through portals, references, networking, and headhunting.

Manage bulk and niche hiring for overseas projects.

Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy / manpower agency (not corporate HR).

Strong knowledge of overseas hiring processes and compliance.

Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
