Job Description-

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant with 7–10 years of hands-on expertise in configuration, implementation, and support across multiple SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will hold valid certifications and provisioning access, and be proficient in managing end-to-end deployments and production support.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support implementations for

Employee Central ,

Global Benefits ,

Onboarding 2.0 ,

Recruiting ,

RMK , and

Compensation & Variable Pay .

Configure and maintain

business rules ,

workflows ,

email notifications ,

document generation , and

role-based permissions (RBP) .

Manage

tenant provisioning ,

refresh tasks , and liaise directly with SAP for issue resolution.

Provide expert-level support for

IAS / IPS ,

offer letter configuration , and

career site mapping .

Drive SuccessFactors upgrades and ensure seamless integration across modules.
