Finance & Accounts Executive

Position : Finance & Accounts Executive

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 2–4 years

Qualification : B.Com / M.Com

Key Responsibilities :

Manage client billing, vendor payments, and reconciliations

Prepare and maintain MIS reports, cost trackers

Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable

Assist in monthly closing, audit support, and financial reporting

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

Support expense tracking, and vendor and client onboarding

Required Skills :

Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)

Strong understanding of accounting principles

Familiarity with Advertising billing systems (e.g., Finac) is a plus

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines in a creative environment
