Finance Leader (In-Person | Pune – Baner | Full-Time)

We are seeking a  strategic Finance Leader  to partner directly with the founder and leadership team. This is  not a day-to-day accounting role  — we already have an operations team for routine finance tasks. We need someone who thinks strategically, understands numbers deeply, and helps drive  budgeting, forecasting, spending decisions, and business planning .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead  budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning  for all business units.
• Provide  data-driven insights , business analysis, and decision support to leadership.
• Create and track  financial models, unit economics, and ROI analyses .
• Monitor spending, evaluate cost structures, and recommend improvements.
• Develop dashboards and performance tracking metrics.
• Advise on strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and financial risks.
