Proven experience (3 - 5 years) as a Business Analyst, preferably in the IT services or product industry.

Strong understanding of business processes and sales lifecycle in IT.

Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements. Proficiency in tools like MS Suite, Wireframing Tools, and Power BI.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to collaborate across teams—Sales, Technical, and Product.

Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.

Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

Fluent in Oral & Verbal communication.

Experience in creating Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD) specifically for Custom Software & Mobility Projects.

Experience in creating Proposal Document & Master Service Level Agreement (MSA).

Experience creating User-flow diagrams and System Architecture Diagram in alliance with Technical Team.

Experience in creating & managing Collateral documents such as Resumes, Case Studies, Portfolios, etc.

Experience in handling documentation process throughout the Pre-Sales & Post-Sales process.

Experience handling Pre-sales cycle such as Requirement understanding, Proof of Concept Document, Estimation doc, Questionnaire document, etc. in coordination with Technical team.
