Job Title : Sales Manager – Lubricants & Grease (International Markets)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify, develop, and manage distributors, agents, and direct customers within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market analysis to understand competition, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and promotional materials for clients.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and visits.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.
- Monitor receivables, ensure timely payments, and coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in lubricants and grease sales & marketing (industrial or automotive).Strong understanding of international trade, export documentation, and regional market trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in local languages of the assigned region is a strong advantage.Ability to work independently and travel internationally when required.Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to multicultural environments.Work Mode
Either from UAE office or India Office (Mumbai) – Candidate must be flexible to travel and stay in different countries as per business requirements.
