▷ [Immediate Start] Land Acquisition

We have requirement of Assistant Manager - Land & Legal at corporate office of Torrent Power. Given below is job description :

• To understand and interpret various revenue records / sale deeds
• To carry out preliminary due diligence to establish and verify land title.
• Prepare various draft for MOU / Terms Sheet, Agreement.
• Interact, discuss & coordinate with the Solicitor / Advocate / Seller on various points related to the land title clearance process and preparing drafts for sale deed & other documents.
• To Work closely with the Advocate for execution & registration process for sale deed & other documents.
• To identify new & potential land options for various projects.

Qualification : LLB preferred
