Job Responsibilities:
- Registering and Managing Inquiries:
- Receive, register, and assign all incoming sales inquiries (email, phone, website, etc.)
- Ensure proper categorization and timely forwarding to relevant team members.
- Quotation and Proposal Management:
- Prepare and submit quotations/offers as per guidelines and timelines.
- Coordinate with technical and commercial teams for compiling complete proposals.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in pricing, terms, and documentation.
- Sales Follow-up & Coordination:
- Follow up on submitted offers with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support field sales personnel by handling technical and commercial queries.
- Ensure effective communication between customers and the field sales team.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain and update offer tracking sheets, including status (open, won, lost, revised, etc.)
- Generate weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards for sales team review.
- Assist in preparing documentation for tenders or special customer requirements.
- CRM & Database Management:
- Enter and update customer records, inquiries, and quote statuses in the CRM system.
- Customer Service & Relationship Support:
- Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and ensure high service levels.
- Assist in handling post-offer queries, amendments, and feedback collection.
- Administrative Support:
- Organize meetings, calls, and reviews for the sales team as needed.
- Maintain proper filing of documents, proposals, and correspondence.

Preferred Background:
- Graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial products or B2B sales
