Responsibilities

Designing and implementing end-to-end compensation cycles.

Creating workflows and business rules.

Linking business requirements to system capabilities.

Optimizing the Compensation solution.

Working with integrations to third-party systems for payroll.

Conducting discovery meetings with customers to identify current processes and future state requirements.

Qualifications

Experience : 7+ years.

Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module.

Required Skills

Knowledge in Variable pay configurations.

Preferred Skills

Experience with integrations to third-party systems.
