Experience : 15+ Years

Job Summary :

Looking for an experienced SAP Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for SAP programs with strong focus on RICEFW developments and system integrations . The role demands end-to-end delivery ownership, stakeholder engagement, and driving high-performing agile teams within a complex SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead all Scrum ceremonies and ensure agile best practices are followed.
Manage SAP RICEFW deliverables and custom development sprints.
Coordinate integration activities between SAP and external systems.
Partner with Product Owners and Technical Leads to align priorities and manage dependencies.
Track sprint performance, manage impediments, and ensure timely delivery.
Coach teams on agile mindset and continuous improvement.

Required Skills :

15+ years overall IT experience, 5+ years as Scrum Master in SAP projects .

Strong understanding of SAP modules, RICEFW lifecycle, and integration frameworks .

Experience managing multi-vendor, global agile teams .

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

Tools : Jira / Azure DevOps, Confluence.

Certifications : CSM / PMI-ACP / SAFe preferred.
