Job Overview :
Enreap is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our AWS Cloud business. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through AWS cloud solutions. This role requires a balance of business acumen, sales expertise, and a solid understanding of cloud technologies to deliver value-driven solutions that align with customer goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for AWS cloud solutions across target industries.
- Engage with clients to understand business needs, challenges, and technology goals.
- Collaborate with technical teams (AWS Solution Architects, Cloud Engineers, and Customer Success Managers) to design and present suitable cloud solutions.
- Drive the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and track performance against defined targets.
- Work closely with marketing and partner teams to execute lead generation campaigns and AWS partner programs.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Represent Enreap in AWS and industry events, webinars, and customer workshops.
Mandatory Skills
Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud offerings and value propositions.Proven track record in B2B sales or IT / Cloud solution selling.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Experience in lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure.Ability to translate business needs into high-level technical discussions.Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.Good-to-Have Skills
AWS or Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Business Professional).Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.Familiarity with AWS Partner Network (APN) programs and go-to-market models.Understanding of industry-specific cloud use cases (BFSI, healthcare, retail, etc.).Experience in cloud migration, DevOps, or managed services selling.Exposure to digital marketing and data-driven sales analytics.Project management or consultative sales experience. Alternative SkillsetsIT or SaaS sales experience in enterprise environments.Background in account management, pre-sales, or customer success.Channel sales and partnership development experience.Knowledge of basic financial modeling and ROI analysis for technology investments.Strong storytelling and client engagement abilities for non-technical audiences.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.2–6 years of experience in technology or cloud sales roles.AWS certification preferred but not mandatory.
