Description : About The Role.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate AI / ML Engineer with 58 years of expertise in Predictive ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

This role involves designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end AI solutions that address complex business challenges.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation in next-gen AI systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Solution Engineering : Build AI / ML and GenAI-powered solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Model Development : Design, train, and deploy ML, deep learning, and LLM-based models.
• Research & Innovation : Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge AI / GenAI / Agentic AI advancements.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and guide junior engineers in AI solution development.
• Deployment & Scaling : Implement scalable, production-grade AI systems in cloud Qualifications :
• Bachelors / Masters in CS, AI / ML, or Data Science.
• 58 years of experience in ML, DL, and LLMs.
• Proven expertise in Generative AI : prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone), and RAG pipelines.
• Hands-on with Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn), PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, AgentForce).
• Cloud expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP GenAI services.
• Strong SQL skills and experience building ETL / data pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
