Position Overview : Location-Bengaluru

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality web applications. You will lead a team of developers, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. This role requires expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, as well as a strong understanding of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using JavaScript, ReactJS, and Node.js.
• Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
• Communicate and collaborate with customers, project managers, UX / UI designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
• Mentor and guide team members in best practices for full stack development.
• Implement AWS services to enhance application performance, security, and scalability.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
