D365 F&O Technical Consultant

Job Description

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Consultant with 6-7 years of relevant experience in implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in customization, integration, and performance tuning within D365 F&O, along with a solid understanding of finance and supply chain business processes. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to interact directly with end customers, handle UAT, deliver user training, and provide post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities :

• . Work closely with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• . Develop, customize, and maintain D365 F&O components including forms, reports, workflows, and integrations.
• . Perform code reviews, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure adherence to best practices and Microsoft standards.
• . Handle implementation and support projects, including requirement gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-Go Live activities.
• . Coordinate with end customers during UAT and address technical issues promptly.
• . Conduct user training sessions and prepare technical documentation for solutions delivered.
• . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
• . Support data migration, performance optimization, and version upgrades as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Qualifications

Educational qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience :

6-7 years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O Technical Consultant
