Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Backend Developer to lead the modernization of an existing Ruby on Rails platform into a robust .NET 6+ / ASP.NET Core microservices architecture . The ideal candidate will take ownership of backend design, API development, database migration, CI / CD enhancements, and technical mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration from Ruby on Rails to a .NET 6+ / ASP.NET Core architecture.
• Design and build scalable RESTful APIs , microservices, and backend systems.
• Drive database migration, performance tuning, and schema optimization (SQL Server / PostgreSQL).
• Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps .
• Mentor junior backend developers and support team growth.
• Use AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot and Windsurf to enhance productivity.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives via Jira.
