Job description

Position : Manager – Business Development & Alliances

Location : Mumbai

Role Summary :

Drive business development initiatives across the deal lifecycle (sourcing to execution), manage strategic alliances, and ensure smooth partner integration and performance delivery in line with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support deal sourcing, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Manage RFP process and shortlist potential partners.
  • Drive partner integration, project manage new launches, and track performance vs. commitments.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monitor monthly achievements.
  • Act as key liaison for internal / external stakeholders with effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Graduate in Technology + MBA (Premier B-school preferred).
  • 8–10 years’ experience in Business Development, M&A, Licensing, Alliance / Key Account Management, or Consulting.
  • Strong financial modelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Pharma industry experience desirable.
  • Key Skills :

    Strategic thinking, collaboration, problem-solving, planning & execution, senior stakeholder engagement.
