Position : Manager – Business Development & Alliances
Location : Mumbai
Role Summary :
Drive business development initiatives across the deal lifecycle (sourcing to execution), manage strategic alliances, and ensure smooth partner integration and performance delivery in line with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support deal sourcing, negotiations, and contract execution.
- Manage RFP process and shortlist potential partners.
- Drive partner integration, project manage new launches, and track performance vs. commitments.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monitor monthly achievements.
- Act as key liaison for internal / external stakeholders with effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications & Experience :
Graduate in Technology + MBA (Premier B-school preferred).8–10 years’ experience in Business Development, M&A, Licensing, Alliance / Key Account Management, or Consulting.Strong financial modelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Pharma industry experience desirable.Key Skills :
