Full‑time, remote Business Development Associate (Fresher) in Ghaziabad. Work closely with sales and marketing to generate demand, qualify leads, schedule demos, and support closures while learning consultative selling and account management.

Key responsibilities
- Hit weekly activity goals : targeted calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, meetings booked, and demos scheduled.
- Research target accounts, identify buying roles, and build clean prospect lists for campaigns.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, capture needs, and route complex opportunities to senior reps.
- Run basic discovery, share approved collaterals, support proposals, and manage follow‑ups.
- Keep the CRM updated daily with notes, stages, next steps, and forecast hygiene.
- Nurture relationships with prospects and existing accounts; coordinate smooth hand‑offs to delivery / CS.
Performance metrics
Daily : outreach volume, response rate, and CRM hygiene score.Weekly : qualified meetings and sales‑accepted opportunities created.Monthly : pipeline generated and revenue influenced / closed with senior support.Qualifications
