We are looking for an experienced Senior Advertising Manager to lead paid advertising initiatives across client accounts and internal growth campaigns.
Role Overview
The Senior Advertising Manager will own the end-to-end paid advertising function, including strategy, execution, optimisation, and performance reporting across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role focused on ROI, scalability, and revenue growth for international clients and internal agency lead generation.
This role requires strong strategic thinking, deep platform expertise, and the ability to manage budgets, performance, and cross-functional collaboration independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Strategy & Leadership
Own and lead the overall paid advertising strategy across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Align advertising strategies with client business goals, sales funnels, and revenue targets.
Act as the senior point of contact for paid advertising performance and decision-making.
Campaign Management & Optimisation
Plan, launch, manage, and scale high-performing paid advertising campaigns.
Continuously optimise bids, budgets, targeting, creatives, and funnels to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
Identify growth opportunities and new testing frameworks across channels.
Budget & Performance Ownership
Manage monthly and quarterly ad budgets with a strong focus on profitability and efficiency.
Forecast performance and proactively reallocate budgets to high-performing campaigns.
Identify cost-saving and scaling opportunities without compromising lead or sales quality.
Audience Targeting & Funnel Strategy
Develop advanced audience targeting and segmentation strategies using behavioural, interest-based, and remarketing data.
Build and optimise full-funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF) for both lead generation and eCommerce clients.
Implement and scale remarketing and retargeting initiatives across platforms.
Ad Copy, Creative & CRO
Lead ad copy strategy and oversee creative testing initiatives.
Collaborate with designers and content teams to deliver high-converting creatives.
Drive A / B testing across ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion performance.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (advanced), Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Oversee conversion tracking, attribution modelling, UTMs, and tagging.
Deliver clear performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, including ROI, CPA, ROAS, and funnel performance.
SEO & Cross-Channel Collaboration
Oversee and contribute to SEO strategy where required, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link-building initiatives.
Ensure alignment between paid media, SEO, landing pages, and overall digital marketing strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience & Technical Expertise
5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Social advertising ecosystems.
Advanced expertise in GA4, conversion tracking, attribution modelling, and Google Tag Manager.
Experience with third-party tools such as SEMrush, HubSpot, Hubstaff, and marketing automation platforms.
Proven experience managing eCommerce and lead generation funnels.
Analytical & Strategic Skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex performance data.
Expertise in budget forecasting, performance optimisation, and growth planning.
Deep understanding of UTM structures, tagging, and audience segmentation.
Leadership & Soft Skills
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote, performance-driven environment.
