Performance Marketing Executive (Part-Time) — Omnicom Incrix Group
Omnicom Group’s digital performance arm, Omnicom Incrix Group , is expanding. We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to support high-impact paid acquisition campaigns on a flexible part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels
- Own core KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and campaign ROI
- Build audiences, run A / B tests, adjust bids / budgets, and improve funnel efficiency
- Analyze data via Google Analytics and internal dashboards to deliver actionable insights
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and stakeholders
- Partner with creative and content teams to align messaging with paid strategy
- Stay updated on paid media trends, policy changes, and algorithm updates
Requirements
Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition (freelance, agency, or in-house)Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization logicComfortable interpreting data and making fast, informed decisionsFluent in English (written & verbal).
