SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Time Management solutions for global clients. This role offers flexibility as it is remote.

• Design and deliver SF Time Management implementations, configurations, and rollouts
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and support business processes
• Configure and optimize Time Management modules such as Time Off, Time Tracking, Attendance, Work Schedules, etc.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide end-user support
• Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and ensure successful deployment

Key qualifications include at least 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, strong experience in SF Time Management configuration, implementation, and integration, knowledge of SAP HCM and other SF modules, excellent communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks, experience with remote collaboration tools and virtual workshops.
