We're seeking skilled engineers who love building systems that make a meaningful impact on people's lives. As a Backend Developer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable systems that handle high-pressure transactions.

Our ideal candidate is a versatile professional with experience in modern languages such as Java, Python, or Go. They should be comfortable working remotely in the IST timezone and have excellent communication skills to collaborate with our global team.

The successful applicant will bring their preferred stack and adapt to our engineering practices. We value problem-solving mindset, startup experience, and frontend knowledge (JavaScript, Vue.js). Bonus points for distributed systems expertise and cloud know-how.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement APIs handling millions of transactions
  • Debug production issues and identify solutions
  • Transform ideas into working features
  • Contribute to shaping our engineering culture and practices
  • Write maintainable code

What You Need to Succeed :

  • 3+ years of Backend experience with modern languages
  • Scaled systems that handled high pressure
  • Cloud expertise (AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Distributed systems experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • English communication skills for a global team
