Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Unreal Engine C++ Developer to craft engaging virtual worlds and drive innovation in AR and VR technologies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about blending technical expertise with creative vision.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop optimized, maintainable C++ code for Unreal Engine applications.
  • Design gameplay mechanics, interactive features, and user interfaces with C++ and Blueprints.
  • Build and refine Unreal Engine plugins and shared codebases.
  • Implement AI and game logic for immersive environments.
  • Collaborate with designers and artists to ensure seamless integration of assets and features.
  • Enhance performance through optimization and iterative feedback.
  • Troubleshoot issues using source control and tracking systems.

Skills and Qualifications :

Must-Have :

  • Expertise in Unreal Engine 4 / 5 and advanced C++ programming.
  • Proven experience in plugin development and Blueprints.
  • Strong understanding of networking, shaders, and visual design principles.
  • Solid foundation in linear algebra and clean coding practices.

    • Preferred :

  • VR development experience.
  • Knowledge of 3D content pipelines, C# / .NET, motion capture, and Perforce.

    • Experience :

  • 5 years of professional Unreal Engine development with a focus on AR / VR.

    • Complementary Skills

    Source Control

  • Proficient with tools like Git, Perforce, or SVN for collaborative version management.

    • Optimization and Debugging

  • Skilled in using Unreal Insights for profiling and resolving performance bottlenecks.

    • Hardware Integration

  • Ability to integrate new hardware, peripherals, SDKs, and APIs.

    • Asset Integration

  • Familiarity with 3D content pipelines and tools like Blender or Maya for seamless asset integration.
