Capacity Planner

We are looking for "Senior Capacity Planner" for one of the leading Fintech product based company.

Budget- upto 23LPA

Contract position to start with 1 year extendable

Payroll- VARITE

Shift - Nightshift (min 3 days at office)

Expereince-7+yrs

Skill

• 7+ years of experience in a contact center or operations environment.
• Short term and long-term capacity planning.
• Ability to explain key contact center terms, such as Erlang C, Schedule Efficiency, and Shrinkage (Unplanned vs planned)
• Experience with a Workforce Management (WFM) tool (e.g., Aspect, IEX, Calabrio, Verint).
• Proven expertise in data analysis and visualization, with proficiency in at least one of the following : R, Python, or SQL.
• Experience with building automated solutions and scripting.
• Strong understanding of scheduling principles and workforce management concepts.
