About Ark2Tech Consultants : We are a growing team of offshore structural engineers and naval architects serving over 40+ clients in the oil and gas offshore energy and marine sectors, with projects spanning across more than nine countries in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and India. Job Role : This is a full-time, on-site role inCochinfor anEngineer - Proposals & Business Development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, developing growth strategies and also support the technical team in delivering design engineering assignments. Daily tasks include delivering technical assignments, creating presentations and marketing materials, preparing technical proposals and bids, and collaborating with internal teams while staying current on industry trends. Reporting will be to Technical Director and BD Lead. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Naval Architecture, or Mechanical) with at least 4+ years of experience in the offshore engineering or marine technical consulting field, plus proposal-making or business development experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of the marine, offshore, Oil & Gas, or renewable energy sectors. Job Location-Cochin, India, with travel as needed for meetings and project work.
