What You'll Be Doing

Craft persuasive, engaging copy for Google ads, social media, LinkedIn message ads, email campaigns, PR articles, and more.

Develop SEO-optimized content to boost visibility and engagement.

Plan and execute content for emailers, nurture drip campaigns, blog promotions, and webinar promotions.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create case studies, presentations, and customer success stories showcasing greytHR’s impact.

Track campaign performance and refine content for better engagement and conversions.

Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze audience behavior, and fine-tune messaging for maximum impact.

Work closely with designers to ensure content is cohesive and visually compelling.

Maintain a results-driven approach, ensuring all content aligns with marketing objectives and delivers impact.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise

5-8 years of copywriting experience in B2B SaaS (HRMS exposure is a plus).

Strong storytelling skills—writing content that informs, excites, and converts.

Excellent command of English grammar, tone, and style with keen attention to detail.

Creativity & Strategy

Versatility across content formats, including :

Case studies, PR articles, marketing campaigns

LinkedIn ads, emailers, nurture drips

Blog & webinar promotions

Experience with Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) and Value Proposition Canvas for customer-focused messaging.
