About Us

GroAR (Grow Your Annual Revenue) is a fast-growing SaaS startup building an AI-driven Revenue-as-a-Service (RaaS) platform that helps companies accelerate deal closures using multi-agent AI workflows.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer (1–2 years experience) who’s passionate about Python , AI-based coding , and end-to-end product building. You’ll work closely with our core engineering team to enhance and scale the GroAR platform.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend and frontend features of the GroAR platform.
Work with Python , React / Next.js , and AI-driven APIs.
Collaborate on architecture design, integration, and deployment.
Stay updated on emerging tools and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

1–2 years full stack development experience. Not more than 2 years.

Strong in Python and comfortable with AI / ML libraries or workflows.

Experience with APIs, cloud deployments, and modern frameworks.

SaaS background preferred.

Must be based in Hyderabad (on-site) .
