Job Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist - Non IT

Location : Delhi- NSP

Department : Human Resources

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in Non-IT recruitment , preferably from the cosmetics, or consumer goods industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for senior and strategic roles, playing a pivotal role in attracting and securing top talent to support our growth and innovation goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-level to senior lateral positions across multiple departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards,etc.)
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job
  • requirements and company culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage communication with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the ATS with accurate candidate information.
  • Provide a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring
  • process.
  • Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for recurring and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and other internal teams for offer negotiation, onboarding, and joining formalities.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.G., time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.) and continuously optimize processes.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, specifically handling mid to lateral-level hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools / platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience with ATS systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of employment laws and best hiring practices.
