Job Title : Management Trainee (Fresher Hiring) - Night Shift (Walk-In | Face-to-Face)

Location : 175, EPIP 2nd Phase, KIADB Industrial Area, Whitefield, Brookfield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066

Shift : Night Shift (7 : 00 PM to 5 : 00 AM IST)

Salary Package : ₹2,53,200 P.A

Loyalty Bonus : ₹1,00,000 (paid in 3 installments — ₹25,000 after 6 months, ₹25,000 after 12 months, and ₹50,000 after 21 months)

Benefits : Provident Fund and ESI Insurance

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand and gather job requirements from US clients.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and clients.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using recruitment software.
Stay updated on US recruitment regulations and market trends.
Represent company values and culture as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.

Passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition.

Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards for sourcing candidates.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.

Previous recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory.
