The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with healthcare professionals and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

About the Role

The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling company products to healthcare professionals while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell company products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Organize product presentations, detailing sessions, and promotional activities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in medical / pharma sales.

Strong network with doctors and hospitals in Delhi region.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.

Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

Experience with CRM software.

Knowledge of the Delhi healthcare market.
