  • Type : Full-time
  • Reporting To : Chief Investment Officer
  • Education (one or more is a must) : CA / CFA (level III cleared) / MBA (Finance) / Masters in Finance

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed fundamental research on companies across sectors (both listed and private)
  • Conduct deep dives into industries and markets to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Assess competitive positioning, build investment thesis, identify key drivers of value, key risks, and business model sustainability
  • Analyze company financials and key metrics to support investment recommendations
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models for target and portfolio companies
  • Perform valuation using DCF, relative valuation, and other relevant methodologies
  • Prepare high-quality investment memos and presentations (Word & PowerPoint) for the Investment Committee
  • Summarize complex data and research into clear, concise, and actionable insights
  • Monitor portfolio companies and sectoral developments

    • Candidate profile

  • Upto 4 years of relevant experience in equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance
  • Proven experience in building financial models independently (case study may be part of the selection process)
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting, valuation, and corporate finance principles
  • Excellent command over MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (advanced Excel skills preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a lean team
  • Passion for investing and long-term wealth creation
