Job Description :

We are looking for a Head of product and marketing. In this role you will get a chance to strategise and execute end to end product design, UI / UX, growth, focusing on product marketing, user conversion & platform adoption strategies. This role will drive brand growth by developing impactful campaigns, fostering strategic partnerships, and leveraging multiple facets of marketing to elevate brand presence and acquire new customers.

We are a highly collaborative team that loves sharing new ideas, thinking about the future of the Music Industry and helping our company to get there.

What You'll Do :

• Drive product marketing and growth initiatives including development and deployment of AI engines, competitive analysis focusing on expanding Madverse Music Groups presence across digital platforms.
• Build communication and marketing strategies to acquire new users and convert to paid plans
• Own end to end UI / UX of the website and App including (User research, Customer interviews, Flow creation, Designing, wireframing, prototype, A / B experiment, Figma, Photoshop etc.)
• Originate videos, blogs, and thought-leadership content to engage our artist and fan communities.
• Lead influencer marketing campaigns, identifying and nurturing partnerships that amplify reach and trust.
• Solve key problems including user retention , trust building and feed algorithms across all platforms.
• Oversee SEO and Online Reputation Management (ORM), including next-gen AI SEO and GEO strategies to maximize visibility.
• Manage and grow Madverse Music Groups presence on community platforms such as Reddit, Quora, Twitter, and Threads.
• Lead strategy and execution for social media growth and engagement across all channels.
• Build and manage public relations and communications, positioning Madverse Music Group as a thought leader in the music-tech space
