Estarta is seeking a skilled Enterprise Engineer to join our global team supporting Cisco. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale enterprise network infrastructures that enable secure, high-performing, and resilient business operations.
As a key technical contributor, you will ensure the stability, scalability, and efficiency of enterprise networks across distributed environments, while advancing automation and adopting modern networking practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and support enterprise network solutions leveraging Cisco technologies (Catalyst, ISR / ASR, Wireless LAN Controllers, and related platforms).
- Configure and troubleshoot advanced Cisco enterprise technologies, including :
- High Availability and Redundancy (HSRP, VRRP, GLBP)
- Dynamic Routing Protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
- Software-Defined Access (SD-Access) and SD-WAN
- Ensure continuous availability, performance, and security of enterprise LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Perform capacity planning, proactive monitoring, and performance optimization across the enterprise environment.
- Utilize automation and scripting (Python preferred) to streamline configuration, monitoring, and operational workflows.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and change control processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco enterprise networking platforms (Catalyst switches, ISR / ASR routers, Wireless LAN Controllers).In-depth understanding of Layer 2 / 3 protocols, routing, switching, and WAN architectures.Experience with enterprise security technologies (AAA, 802.1X, ACLs, segmentation).Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for network automation.CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure (preferred) or equivalent real-world experience.Preferred Skills
Experience with Cisco DNA Center, Prime Infrastructure, or other management and automation tools.Familiarity with SD-WAN, SDA, and network assurance technologies.Knowledge of enterprise wireless and mobility solutions.Strong documentation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
