IT Project Manager

Provides project management support to program leadership by helping to manage issues, risks, and re-planning efforts

  • Work with all users, including end users, site administrators, and managers to get feedback on current operations and requirements for new features
  • Analyze current architecture and standards and provide recommendations based on industry best practices
  • Provide project planning materials, such as project plans and cost estimates, and status / progress reports to leadership teams
  • Manage scope - Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
  • Establishes and maintains processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle
  • Develop and present solutions and recommendations
  • Mentors and coaches project team members
  • Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours
  • Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team as directed by PM

Requirements

Job Requirement :

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management out of IT experience of 6-8 years
  • Experience in Pharma / Clinical trial software is an added advantage

  • Good team management skills
  • Good  interpersonal, communication and planning skills along with critical thinking and good decision making abilities
  • Expected to perform duties without direct supervision and will be self-directed in terms of time and workload management
  • Research
  • Innovative and keen on learning and implementing new practices
  • Should be able to manage multiple projects
  • Help PgM to prepare periodic project reports
  • Good knowledge on database design
  • Support business development activities including client proposals
  • Proactively supporting sales and marketing efforts by providing detailed product-related information and material for all RFP and RFI responses
