About the Role : We have an exciting opportunity for Home Loan Sales head in our New Projects (residential) vertical. We are seeking a leader with proven track record of excellence and developing sales and marketing function in a high growth environment.
Responsibilities :
- Driving and managing loan solutions within the New Projects segment
- Team Management profile heading the Internal Homeloan vertical
- Lead a team of Cluster heads and intern Key Account Managers
- Reporting to the vertical head of the division
- Formulate and execute strategies to enable Business Development
- Onboard new customers for setting up Internal home loan closing business
- Lead generation through working closely with all the stakeholders within the business and ensuring streamlined process of login to disbursement
- Strategic intervention in process improvement
- This is a strategic role that requires leadership capabilities and an in-depth understanding of the loan process.
Required Skills :
Strong sales background in an individual capacity.Good Knowledge on Home LoansStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills RCA skills.Strong customer service orientation.MBA or MastersAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Prior team management experience.Attention to detail and critical problem-solving skills.B2C sales experience is preferred.
