We’re now expanding our core team and looking for a Product Innovation Associate - someone who loves to research, observe, and uncover opportunities that help shape the next evolution of Neuka AI.

The Role

This is a full-time role designed for curious thinkers who live at the intersection of creativity, research, and product strategy.

You’ll explore our product deeply, analyze how creators interact with it, and help our team uncover insights that guide our next phase of development.

You’ll work closely with the founders and product circle - where every idea is heard, and innovation grows from observation, empathy, and imagination.

What You’ll Do

Explore the Neuka AI app (App Store / Play Store) and deeply understand user journeys

Research trends in the creator and AI space

Identify patterns, behaviors, and opportunities for improvement

Analyze product feedback and competitor experiences

Collaborate with the design and product teams to ideate next steps

Contribute insights that influence upcoming product directions

Who We’re Looking For

Any level of experience in product research, UX, or strategy

Background in design, marketing, analytics, psychology, or tech is a plus

Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills

Curiosity for creator tech and the AI ecosystem

You’ve studied or dabbled in product management or UX
