Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Adequate Knowledge of Maintenance (PM, TBM,CBM & Trouble Shooting) of Gear manufacturing machines (Hobbing ,Shaving,Shaping, Hypoid gear cutting , grinding , Gear testing ) with Fanuc, Siemens & Mitsubishi control & drives
• Adequate Knowledge of PLC (Mitsubishi & Siemens), reading of program, modifications
• Hands on experience of trouble shooting & fault finding , rectification on all types of Machine Tools
• Adequate Knowledge of IMS & OHSAS
• Work on experience on RCM, Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance analysis, CBM, TBM
• System Knowledge -SAP PM module, MS office, Good in PPT
• Work on Experience on TPM& TQM
• Adequate Knowledge of Legal, statutory requirements
• Adequate Knowledge of Spare parts management
• Capability for handling of manpower
