In this role, you will define and execute the product strategy, enhancing the user experience for service professionals while driving seamless integrations with enterprise systems. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that improve efficiency, user adoption, and overall product performance. The ideal candidate is an experienced product manager that can operate at scale and who is obsessed with making customers and their teams successful.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the Scheduler product roadmap for AI-powered scheduling solutions to enhance functionality, usability, and performance across platforms.
• Work closely with engineering, UX / UI, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Conduct user research and data analysis to optimize user experiences and address pain points for customers.
• Oversee app performance, security, and compliance with platform guidelines and industry standards.
• Drive agile product development, leading backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature releases.
• Monitor key metrics (adoption, retention, performance) and drive continuous improvements based on feedback.
